IFAJ Congresses and Presstours

The IFAJ Congress is held annually. The International Federation of Agricultural Journalists represents more than 5,000 communicators in 55 countries.

In 2023, Canada was the host country. Impressions of the congress can be found under this link. 

In 2022 - after a Corona break - the congress took place in Denmark. 

The last congress in Switzerland was held in Thun in 2006. Since then, however, there have been several press tours where international journalists have visited Swiss agriculture. Numerous newspapers and magazines published articles about Swiss farmers and their products.
